Zen-ify it!

I am not saying that I am totally into Zen now. Like most people I am still a new student, trying hard to get Zen going in my life and start manifesting the good things. Being involved in a lot things..the chaotic executive world, social networking blah blah blah...you sometimes would not know what to focus on. It's either you get lost in thought about the tweets and posts of people connected to you or get buried with the workload in front of you. Focusing is hard enough. Starting a zen habit shouldn't be too hard. I recommend this site: http://zenhabits.net it will teach you how to simply start on your simple habit of starting your day right. I also want to suggest that focusing on this very first habit: Waking up anytime between 3am to 6am and focus on 3 minutes of breathing. I haven't perfected it...believe me it's hard to muster strength just to sit up and do it. According to Guru Singh of it is the most potent thing you can do to start the Zen life...a life that I have yet to perfect and so must you :)
